transparent, nicht integriert. Grenzen aber vor allem auch hinsichtlich der Funktionalit\u00e4t gerade im Bereich unseres Hauptgesch\u00e4ftsfeldes: die Abbildung von Galvanikspezifischen Abl\u00e4ufen wie Fertigungsplanung, externe Fertigung oder Warenein- und -ausgang waren mit der alten EDV \u00fcberhaupt nicht m\u00f6glich.\u201c<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Zudem erh\u00f6hten sich die Formalismen der Automobilindustrie kontinuierlich: EDI, DF\u00dc, die Verwaltung von Liefer- und Feinabrufen oder die Erstellung von VDA-Dokumenten und VDA-Warenanh\u00e4ngern. Korrektur zum Fertigungsauftrag oder die Zubuchung der Wareneingangsmengen zum Rohmateriallager) und kann mehrere Positionen mit unterschiedlichen Artikeln, Lieferterminen und St\u00fcckzahlen enthalten, wobei unter Ressourcen sowohl Menschen als auch Maschinen, aber auch Fremdfertiger verstanden werden. Einen der wesentlichen Vorteile von TimeLine sieht Frank P\u00fcttbach in der hohen Flexibilit\u00e4t und damit gro\u00dfen Anpassungsf\u00e4higkeit wie z.B. bei der Gestellzuordnung, die in TimeLine- Galvano nicht nur verwaltet, sondern nach verschiedenen Priorit\u00e4tskriterien den Betriebsauftr\u00e4gen zugeordnet werden k\u00f6nnen. Auch die Erl\u00f6saufteilung ist im Anwenderkreis schon auf gro\u00dfe Resonanz gesto\u00dfen. Es handelt sich hierbei um die Zuordnung der Arbeitsschritte auf zehn Erl\u00f6skonten, bei denen festgelegt ist, welche Abteilung welchen Anteil vom Erl\u00f6s erh\u00e4lt. In einem separaten Datensatz werden zudem m\u00f6gliche Fehlerarten angelegt. Dabei wird der Ausschuss automatisch verbucht und die Ursachen auf einer Fehlersammelkarte in TimeLine hinterlegt.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\"
