Softwarel\u00f6sung zusammen.<\/p>\n<p>Anfang 2002 wurde daher die Entscheidung getroffen, ein modernes, integriertes ERP\/PPS-System einzuf\u00fchren &#8211; die Wahl fiel auf Time- Line, <em>\u201edas schon im Standard einen gro\u00dfen Teil unserer Anforderungen abdeckte\u201c<\/em>, so Stephan Moll.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\" ><p>TimeLine wird bei BIA heute mit 122 Lizenzen eingesetzt, die vier anderen Firmen der BIA-Unternehmensgruppe nutzen TimeLine ebenfalls. Das Inventurmodul in TimeLine wurde entsprechend der BIA-Bed\u00fcrfnisse erweitert und l\u00e4uft heute \u00fcber PDAs auf Funkbasis. Stephan Moll:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201eIm PDA ist unmittelbar zu erkennen, welche Best\u00e4nde aufgenommen wurden, \u00dcberpr\u00fcfungen und Korrekturen sind dadurch bei Bedarf jederzeit m\u00f6glich bevor die Verbuchung erfolgt. Zudem k\u00f6nnen wir heute eine eingeschr\u00e4nkte Inventur beispielsweise nach Kunden oder L\u00e4gern problemlos durchf\u00fchren, ohne den Produktivbetrieb zu st\u00f6ren.\u201c<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Im BIA-Hochregallager, das Platz f\u00fcr etwa 4.000 Produktionsgestelle bietet, wurden manuelle T\u00e4tigkeiten durch den Einsatz von RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) ersetzt. RFID-Tags, sog. Transponder, auf denen die entsprechenden Gestelldaten gespeichert sind, identifizieren die Produktionsgestelle, durch die Ankopplung an den TimeLine-Artikelstamm erfolgt im ERP-System automatisch ein Abgleich mit neu angelegten oder ver\u00e4nderten Artikeln, so dass die Transponder auf diese Weise immer aktuell gehalten werden.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Stephan Moll: \u201eAus den Anforderungen des Praxisalltags in der Galvanotechnik haben wir uns zu Beginn des Jahres 2006 gemeinsam mit anderen Unternehmen aus der Oberfl\u00e4chentechnik und der Gebauer GmbH zusammengesetzt und das Branchenmodul TimeLine-Galvano entwickelt, um die bei allen Anwendern in etwa gleichgelagerten Problemstellungen in der Oberfl\u00e4chentechnik zu bew\u00e4ltigen.
